Everything was really good, pleasant staff, amazing location right by Gran via and the main attractions from old town, a such a large capital city and metro stations Gran Via & Callao, bars, restaurants & shops. I appreciated the stay.

Enjoyed the room, it was good and beautiful with shower. The staff was willing to help in all our needs, awesome and wonderful team.

Provided us with coffee, tea, milk, toast, and muffins in the morning. The staff were pretty friendly up until the day we left.

We appreciated the comforts of this economical hotel. The stuff - superfriendly and incredibly nice and was willing to help with the requests. The location was particularly good - ease of access to a grand boulevard. This venue was in a good area close to shopping centre, the main attractions from old town, and restaurants, shops and bars.

Brilliant coffee, tea, milk, toast, and muffins supplied. Pretty friendly staff, huge, new-fashioned room with AC, a bathroom, for instance. Close to a subway station.

The location was marvellous and amazing, close enough to great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, the main attractions and Gran Via and very close to a famed street we wanted to see. The staff was willing to help to make us feel welcome.

The location here is fantastic and the food for both dinner and breakfast is amazing, for example, an official residence is not too far away from here.

Everything was really good at this economical hotel. The staff was willing to help and amazingly nice and very attentive. Our room was spotless, huge and equipped with AC, shower, for example. The breakfast food was brilliant and included coffee, tea, milk, toast and muffins. An underground station was close to the property. The stay was absolutely really really nice!

The food options here are fantastic and the location is unbeatable, being close to a large pedestrianized public square.

The location is fantastic, with restaurants, shops, and bars all close by, as well as easy access to the Gran Via and Callao metro stations. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. It's convenient to find parking nearby.

Unbeatable and impressive location at a walking distance from a vast pedestrianized public square.

Great location, close to metro stations, restaurants, and shops. Helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist with various requests.- Comfy rooms that provided a comfortable stay.

Some rooms were not very spacious, which could be a downside for guests looking for more room to move around. The noise from the street and hallway could be a bit bothersome, as the windows and room doors did not provide good sound insulation.

Comfy bed & nice kitchen. The beds were really comfy and provided a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed for easy meal preparation. the location was excellent, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. Being close to cafes, restaurants, bars, and a shopping mall made it convenient to explore the area.

The wifi was really bad. It was unreliable and often had poor connection, forcing me to go to nearby cafes for internet access.
